Inspiring biblical passage of the moment: “You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies; you anoint my head with oil; my cup overflows.” (Psalm 23:5)

This passage is inspiring me at the moment because of the promise of God’s provision. Sometimes it requires walking through a dark valley, yet God’s abundance is always waiting for us.

Spiritual growth focus at the moment: At the moment my focus is growing in wisdom. This year, I really wanted to learn how to run with endurance in a way that didn’t burn me out but was wise in where God was calling me to.

Profession: Full time uni student.

A one sentence bio of yourself: I am the founder of Seeking Harvest, a community that equips, inspires and champions people in their everyday life journey.

When did you first encounter God? I can’t remember a specific moment, but I have always grown up with God encounters. I asked Him into my heart with my mum in our lounge room, when I was 5 years old, and I have felt His presence ever since.

What has helped you grow spiritually in this season? Reading a Proverb a day. I had heard lots of people recommend doing it, however I had never done this before, and ever since I started this season, it truly has changed me spiritually. I have grown so much in wisdom.

Just read/currently reading (and what has it taught you?): Blessings in the Darkness by Joel Osteen. I’m only in chapter 2 but wow it is an amazing book! At the moment, it is teaching me that the dark seasons are never the end.

“Dark seasons are never the end.”

Top three essentials: Phone, worship music and chocolate!

How did God speak to you recently? Recently, God has been speaking to me about being faithful with the little. To trust that God has supplied me with everything I need for this season, and He is preparing me for the next season.

Hobby: I love playing netball, but it’s been a while since I’ve played! I also enjoy cooking.

Top three practical tips for staying spiritually strong: Surround yourself with people ahead of you in their life journey that can speak Godly wisdom into your life; keep your eyes on Jesus; no matter what the season, trust God to be God and immerse yourself in His Presence: whether it be through prayer, reading the bible, worship music, etc.

Favorite person in scripture? Hannah (not just because it’s my name *grin* ) however, her strong persistence to believe for the desires of her heart and dedicate them into God’s hands is something that always inspires me.

What do you want people to learn about God when they look at you? I love this question! I want people to learn that living a life with God is the best decision they can make.

Favorite season? SUMMER!

Favorite holiday? I love Christmas time, so much!

A dream you have? To write and publish a book.

A special tradition you and your family engage in or keep: To go away on holidays together at least once a year.

Question you will ask when you get to heaven? I would ask God if I could sit down with Him and watching a movie of my life from His perspective.

Thing you want to raise awareness about: I want to raise awareness about making good choices. Life is full of choices, and I surely am not perfect and don’t make right choices all the time, however, it’s so important to seek God before we make a choice– it’s something I want to get better at and something I hope to inspire others to get better at also.

What do you usually do before 9 a.m.? Breakfast (never can miss it!) and read a chapter of Proverbs.

What is on your nightstand? My bible and a journal.

Define Christianity in a sentence: Following Jesus wholeheartedly and collecting a following for Him.
