MW: How do you focus on Jesus during this busy time of the year?

@leanna_arredondo: To be completely honest, it’s extremely hard to stay focused on Jesus when life seems to be all over the place. There are days where it feels like it’s super easy to be intentional about prayer and thanksgiving, and then there are days where the guilt of not making the time seems to consume you.

Thankfully, in the midst of either circumstance, God is consistent. Can I get a HALLELUJAH? His grace overrides the expectations that we place on His love for us, and we start to envelop ourselves in who He is rather than what we wish we could be.

The important thing to remember is that it’s not about consistently trying to focus on the amount of time we make for Jesus, but rather allowing the simple nature of who He is flow through us.

Nothing can beat that. It just can’t.
