A one sentence bio of yourself: I try to seek life and love in all I do and say.

When did you first encounter God and how did you encounter Him? I have always grown up in the church but never had a relationship until I chose to seek  a more deep relationship with God. After being baptized for a year and at a church retreat, I fell humbly before God and gave him everything.

What has helped you grow spiritually in this season? Being constantly bombarded with trials and staying close to God

Just read/currently reading (and what has it taught you?): Play with Fire… God takes you through the fire to REFINE AND DEFINE you. It’s to make you in his image. As a silversmith waits until he can see his reflection in the silver so he knows it’s ready, God keeps us in the fire until He can see His reflection in us.

How did God speak to you recently? Which hour of the day? He speaks to me in a still, small voice and through people… I’ve learned to listen for it at all times.

Hobby: Lifting, writing, reading, working out.

Top three practical tips for staying spiritually strong: READ and PRAY… and repeat.

Favorite person in scripture? Oh my, I have a lot. I love David because I’m a poet at heart.

What do you want people to learn about God when they look at you? His light, His love, and His joy for them

Favorite season? Spring.

Favorite holiday? CHRISTMAS.

A dream you have? I have a lot. I want to be a fierce force everywhere I go and in anything I do. I want to have a reality show on YouTube to tell my story.

A special tradition you and your family engage in or keep: My cousin makes silly songs at special occasions and holidays.

Question you will ask when you get to heaven? Why did it take you so long? Kidding… How many angels did you have guard me?

Thing you want to raise awareness about: Negative thinking/abuse/empowerment.

What do you usually do before 9 a.m.? I have my devotional time/alone time with God and getting ready for work

What is on your nightstand? My Bible, my journal and the current bible study workbook I’m in.

Define Christianity in a sentence: An intense relationship and faith in God and a willingness to show others the same image He gives us.
