The Seven Days of Gratitude: Day 6 (The Creative)

Welcome to Day 6 of The Seven Days of Gratitude.

This has been a longstanding tradition at Modern Witnesses. Each day, we will name the categories, and you can pick something from that category to share or reflect on that you have been grateful for over this past year. You can start this challenge at any time and do it in any order.

Day 6 is about the creative. My outlet is writing.

This year, I wrote a lot more. Was it as much as I would have wanted? No, but it was more than years prior. I am slowly coming back to this ritual that used to fill my days. I was the girl who came home and could write fourteen journal pages after a day in school. Reflection was always a big thing for me. Writing has always been my favorite pastime, second place to reading.

I plan to keep ramping up my writing and to share some projects (soon-ish). Creativity makes us feel magic.
